On Wednesday 18th December Mr Dale, our link governor for School Council came to our meeting. We shared with Mr Dale what we have been doing since September and what we hope to achieve in the Spring Term.
Grand School Council Event

On Friday 11th October at 11am – 2.30 pm we went to the Riverfront Theatre, Newport. We met up with all of the School Council representatives in Newport Schools, the first event that we participated in was team building/ ice breaker with Newport live at 11am. Later on, at 12pm we had a delicious Lunch, there were lots to choose from. Our second activity was a workshop with Newport live, about our frustrations in PE and all about school. After that we moved on to our third activity of the day, which was learning the ukulele with Gwent Music. Our fourth workshop of the day was all about talking about the rights of a child. At the end of the fantastic day, we had to say goodbye to all of the other schools.
